  • Include all accessories and hardware
  • Be free from damage caused by misuse

Non-Returnable Items

Damaged or Defective Products

If your order arrives damaged:

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Provide:

  • Order number
  • Photos of packaging
  • Photos of damage

We will provide a replacement, repair, or refund based on the situation.


Refund Processing

Approved refunds are issued within:

5–10 business days

after inspection and approval.

Refunds will be returned to the original payment method.
